craw under truck ,check under driver seat might find a knock out plug. if not then the fire wall . i did my about 3" from rear of the engine (driver side). drill small hole and fish a wire thru to see were it comes out . mind came out right above the gas pedal. when you run your power wire used...
if you bought it from a gm dealer have them run a service log , to check for warranty work. i would change all the fluids, check the plugs,filters and you should be good to go .
Note: i had a 2008 tahoe, w/about the same mileage. But i could Not pass up the good deal on a new 2012. gook luck
how long does it last/ hold up ? the truck gets wash (touch less) weekly, unless i have time to hand wash. Does it peel off it i don't like it, or do i buy a new grill. how does it hold up in winter weather (road salt) Any information will be helpful. thanks.
if you take the plastic cover off, you find a barcket all ready there to mount your lights. check any auto parts / aftermarket ( stylin trucks). pop a hole for the wire and run it to your back-up lites
how does the plastic-dip hold up in a touch less car wash . truck gets wash once a week, touch less or hand. did you just degreese the grill,wash, pastic-dip or did you sand it. Any information will be helpful. Thanks

IT will run like a rape ape. (NOTE: this is my 2008 tahoe, 120,000mi and still running Great. HAVE FUN .
try a dealership (partsman) he can pull a the wire diagram and print it for you . NOTE : he will need your vin number. my partsman has printed many copies for me. (wire diagram, headlites removeal, trim pannels,ect.).
check with you dealership (body shop) for the paint code. i had my dealer paint some parts for me , and they gave me a bottle of touch up, since they had extra and it match the tahoe. NOTE: i try duplicolor but it was a hair off in color .
i had the dealership do my since they were painting the mirror's, and vent visor's (body color). went thru a lot of car washes, still looks new. Note :there on a 2008 tahoe with 108,000 miles. good luck.
if it nnbs you might have to remove the front fascia . that's how we installed the emergency lites. CHECK with your dealership (parts) and ask them for a printout on headlamp replacement.
