    Kind old thread, but if anyone wants the info for 00-01 vs 02-06 difference. Difference is with position of first hanger(after Y pipe), which are welded on frame, so for early models you have to cut and weld hanger little further on frame.

    It is with rear defroster, and maybe they used it, I found some shorcuts/burn marks in lines. But still it is not broken like former glass

    OBD port is fused on cigarette lighter fuse.

    Asked about shipping yesterday but still no reply. Anyway I found 300km from my location an updated glass from 2005 tahoe, so I hope it survive trip in my small “winter wagen”(BMW E36 compact )

    I know about this "problems" with rear hatch glass, but impossibile to find 2006 redesigned glass here, also only Escalade were sold here(different 3rd brake light..). Anybody know this company, they tell will ship internationally, and the only I was able to found with 2006 redesign glass...

    Different mounting location, due to the shape of rear fenders and with that also different inner panels for C pillar and trunk panels. In XL it mounts little more to the back of vehicle, also 3rd row in XL are wider.

    For regular Tahoe/Yukon/Escalade you need 63" width (hard to find). For XL/Suburban width is 66"

    First try to loosen the TORX bolt, mine was really stuck and I stripped it on both shifters, luckily I found one complete with column.

    Nice, at school many years ago, I have to heat up with solder gun, and then quick go on with suction device. Nice to have all in one :)

    Fingers crossed for you, I dont have luck with ACDelco with GM hologram made in China(remindes me an a fuel pressure regulator, awfull clicking noise from fuel rail), either only ACDelco, or only GM Genuine are working somehow good. I only cleaned sensors, and brushed hubs, and I were good to...

    But, no matter cost, I am proud to driving and keep alive one of US icon, it is still cheaper than BMW, Mercedes which I had in past. Also friend has K5 Blazer custom build, but he formely had VW, and he is glad to have old simply machine ;-)

    Also when cleaning ABS sensor, my brother buffed front headlights. Yeah chinese EagleEye brand, but it is what it is when comes to Europe lighting, to pass inspection.. ;-(

    Cleaned front ABS sensors(not bad from look), praise to the god, and no more ABS kicking on low speed, feel happy, it worked in my case :-)

    May be. ACDelco has 2, or 3 tiers, maybe repacked moogs, and when I install moog on mine they were Ramco(or something like that) 5y ago, so also repacked. As for poly bushings, do not use petroleum based lube. BTW. Very nice looking Yukon, wish mine were at least from 50% like yours.
