    The 80 swap seems to be too much of a pain in the ass to find the parts I'll need(especially a 2wd yukon xl driveshaft! !!!) and will be pretty expensive and time consuming when all is said and done. I think I'm going to go with the 4l65e race tranny that a shop by me builds $1595 with a 24...

    I can NOT find a rear driveshaft for a yukon xl 1500 2wd ANY WHERE. Does anyone know if the xl 1500's even came in 2wd?? Why can't I use my current driveshaft and swap out the slip.yokes that go into the tranny? This is driving me NUTZ!!!!!
