intake
Yeah, you are most likely right. I really liked what that AEM intake did to liven up my ride. So will most likely head down same path for new car.
I said APR on the initial post..must be watching to much Fast n Furious.
All, it has been a while. I have been through several other cars since selling my 2004 Tahoe with the 5.3 and I am coming back!
Looking at a CPO Tahoe LTZ very soon. I have a few parts kicking around from the first Bailey-Hoe! and was wondering about re-useability.
Main thing I am asking...
Simple Green, a soft wheel brush, and a light spray down. Finish up with a rubber vinyl spray and you are good to go.
I do mine right before I remove my AEM filter for cleaning. Reminds me, I need to do that.
Just got my Magnaflow 13259 installed. Eliminated the Y-Tail pipe and made one. Sounds tough on startup. Tame until you mash on it. I do have a drone @ 75mph. Will be adding better stereo and some Dynamat at some point.
Try this
Try Seafoaming it to clean the intake at the throttle body. Search the forum for techniques. I would also make sure your K&N is clean and not over oiled. Do the plugs, and other simple maintenance tasks. You could spend less than $100 and see if it helps. If not, there is more going...

What a great place to start!
Could be change? Could be a broken plastic tab? Could be a wire harness bouncing off the top of the HVAC Unit or HU.
Either way, you could dynamat the inside of the console or the area around the HVAC. wouldn't take much.

Maintenance - as in make sure she ius running well. Good place to start would be to make sure the air filter is clean. Also, I had a lot of good luck with a SEAFOAM treatment. Search the forum for a lot of good info on it. Make sure your vehicle is running well before you mod.
CAI - I put an...
There are two adjusters on each headlight. Mine needed a lot of adjustment right out of the box. When I first installed them it was foggy and I could see that the driver side light was shooting very far to the right. I have pretty sharp cutoff with mine and am happy with the HID's installed...
Looking into some rims from these guys. Can't seem to find a tire/wheel combo for a decent price anywhere.
Most are refurbished and gauranteed. Anyone heard of them or dealt with them???

Good man for noticing and not trying to pass them off. I bet you could have. I asked a SS agen't how many time in the past we all have likely used coutnerfeit money inadvertently and he said "Not likely"
I guess the modern percentages are low in everyday transactions....more likely in deals...
