How many miles you guys got on the odometer?
190,xxx on my 03 and the trans quit on it he other day, sounds like tin cans in a blender if you put it in reverse but drove forward on my trailer just fine. Spark Plug replacement
If it were me I would replace them. Mine looked about the same when i replaced them but im having drivability issues so im working through those. Plus it will give you peace of mind.- central4runner

Looks like they have a little carbon build up, and since you already bought plugs and wires you might as well do them it wouldn't hurt- central4runner

5.3 vortec is ticking at 70+ mph
My girlfriend has an 02 yukon and it does the same thing thing as the op. Hers has been doing it for about a year or so and only at 70+ like the op. if any body has any intel on this that would be sweet I was just gonna let it go and hope for the best and fix it when it grenades- central4runner
