I believe so, the truck is missing the left mirror and the hood looks misaligned but other than that it does look pretty clean. The guy is asking $2,500.- Turbedhoe

1995 6.5L Turbo Diesel Value
Hello, What do you guys think a fair price for a 1995 6.5L Turbo diesel with 172,000 mi, an ex fire rig, clean body and interior, motor is locked would be? Supposedly has new heads, the guy selling thinks it is probably a froze piston, basically it is an unfinished project. Thank You,- Turbedhoe
