yep, engine seized. dragged onto a flatbed and towed to the house, then dragged onto a flatbed and towed to a dealer, then bounced off the flatbed. hadn't needed to look at the "service" tab, Recalls and Warranties in my GMC app where it reads in pertinent part "L87 Engine Loss of Propulsion"...- JSchlagetter

so, this just happened to me. driving on a state route, lost power, got the press start button msg, nothing happened. had enough momentum to coast onto a side street. power is fine. ECM fuses aren't blown. every time i press the start button screens go black then come back up. stuck in P...- JSchlagetter
