Vehicles of that age was not sold here in Sweden( maybe a few), all of them is imported. So no difference in mapping compared to yours I guess. Mine was imported in October 2011.- Harpo123

That would be cool with a manual transmission, I saw last week a video on YT of a Denali with manual tranny. Not so very nicely done though, there was one big ass hole in the center console.
