After replacing fuel injectors reman. 4 NEW O2 Sensors walkers and remain throttlebody. All from rock auto and parts seems to be working great.
I went on vacation drove truck 7 hours hwy speeds and 1 week of driving no problems. Drove to another city about 7 hours away...
Sorry I did not mean short term. I did mean LTFT -12 the only issue is with bank 1 I didn'id not check today but I will drive it to work for a week after I change the last few parts. I did do a global reset and I will reset fuel trims tomorrow.

Found 2 hoses one at the back near spare tire. It comes from near filler neck next to cap and I can not find where it should go by tire side. Checked the best I could and did not find any open ports.
