well you are not right but not wrong ! yes hood bolts up and yes grill bolts up but only if you cut the bumper brackets off and move them down re weld them up and then bumper will fit yes! -

01 02 will fit like mine but you must cute the fame horns off and move them down re weld em in 03-07 new core support finders hood grill bumper headlight brackets head lights alot more for 03-07 -

man if your going to do that shit buy mine mine are the real factory 20s with tires and another set of tires for $1500 bucks thats a great deal but its a ok deal on that site but then your going to spend alot more on tires- 1lowhoe04
