You could change it in the cluster menu to either use favorite/presets or seek stations. When you use presets it will go to all your XM, Pandora, I-heart, XM and even Ipod song preset. You can use up to 60 presets.
They make something called Range AFM disabler which will work but it will not work with the 2019-2020 6.2 with the 10-speed. There was a few members that was using it and when one of the members loaded there Range AFM device to a friend that he started to have issues. So I am thinking at once a...
AFM is an issue. I just had to replace the passenger side which costed $5000 at the dealer. I would try to get the GMPP warranty if you can. You could pay it monthly. I regret canceling mine. The mag shocks also go around 50-70k miles. If you have the 8 speed transmission I would be worried...

Do I need a change here? I am a fan of the solid axle, not the rear independent suspension which is not a real 1500 truck. I may get a 2020...
You should order a tracking device from spy shops and put it on your truck independently. You could get one and if something happens you could activate it and start tracking if something happens or you could pay the service monthly and it will allot you if your car moves.
Change out the license plate lights to LED. I have the 921 and it fits perfect over the T10. It helps the rear view mirror camera. I had them for almost a year no issues. I got them at Advanced Auto which comes with lifetime replacement.
I recommend changing the cabin air filter to K&N or one...
I am interested for my 2018 Escalade with the 6.2 10 speed. I want to disable the AFM and the speed limiter. I want to be able to put back whenever I want with my computer. I don’t know about the performance but I am all ears for it.
The range AFM does not work with the 2019-2020 6.2 with 10 speed. The range AFM will work with the 2018 6.2 10 speed not the 2019/2020. Something with the software.
Take it to the dealer and say the body work was done a year ago if they say anything. I would say it started not to work a few days ago.
The dealer doesn't care because they get paid from GM anyway. If you have a good relationship than they should take care of you.
I did buy a k2xx twice would buy again. I had a dark grey 2016 Tahoe LT 4x4 which I leased till 2020. I loved the truck but wished I went for the LTZ. I also had a 2008 Escalade that I owned since new and loved the mag ride so I found myself driving it more than the 2016 LT. I didn't like the...
The 2018-2020 are better because there is no vibrations, terrible 8-speed, A/C condensor issue and in 2017 the front control arms was converted to steel. 2018 was when the 10 speed came out and was the only year the Range AFM is compatable with.
I did the update in my 2018 Escalade which is the same as the gmc or Chevy and I did notice since where I live they recently added new roads and now they was present in the 2022 update. Also the speed limit on the cluster is part of the update software. Before my truck would say 65mph when the...
You need a clock spring and the steering wheel. Then you need to use a 5 amp inline fuse. The heated steering wheel does mot go through the BCM. It works independently from the car computer and is 12v.
Had my lifters replaced in my 2018 Escalade due to a lifter collapsing at 79.9k. The job costed me $3200 which GM paid for 1/2. Ny advice is to use Dexo 1 oil and to get a Range Disabler. My oil pan also had a leak so I had them replace both gaskets and the o-ring
Congratulations….Disable the AFM asap. The range afm disabler is the better one to get. I purchased last year a 2018 Escalade with the 10 speed / 48k miles. I am currently at 80k. My lifters failed on the passenger side which costed me 3,200 to fix at the dealer. That was with GM paying 1/2 the...
