    I think the airbag module flashes several times each KOEO event, maybe a cluster circuit to circuit short. I think the body control module controls everything but power train.

    Yes, I should have been more clear in my post. The pressure regulating valve, vaccum breaking valve and fill function cap have been relocated to the surge tank. I will edit the earlier post to clarify. Thanks for catching the error.

    Look for a trailer 7 way trailer connecion near the license plate. If the vehicle has this connection, one of the terminals is battery positive and one is battery negative. You can try to power up the vehicle via these connections, maybe charge the battery, too.
