    Clunks when turning and on uneven ground

    Take a look at the torsion bar hex and socket fit in the control arm. If you can see a space between the hex and socket, fashion thin wood wedges and drive into the spaces. Test drive over the uneven terrain and determine if any improvement.

    I would adjust the torsion bars so that the bumpers are just touching the lower control arm. Then adjust side to side height so that frame is level. Then check and adjust camber, castor and toe-in to spec.
