The only two reasons I chose the 4wd was because "AWD" and "Why not?" LOL. The winners here are more icy than deep snow so I wanted the 4wd option. as for the wheel proportion, could be the style, no clue. Might also be the way it's painted. Might also be the fact the wheels are pushed out...- blurred

On a side note, I have the following planned modifications that I just need the time to do The stock taillights drive me nuts so I plan to simply tint the entire thing red, at least everything but the reverse light. So not a lot to update. I put in the 1 inch coil spacer in the rear and installed 1 inch BORA spacers on the wheels (which I should have done 1.5" up front personally) and I've purchased a Denali cluster that will be fixed/ modified and installed. I've become a huge fan of having rake... about an inch of it when lowered. Plus, I feel the rear end needs a little more travel for what I drive on daily. Little too jarring for me when hitting some big bumps. But, that's also what I got the helperbags for...- blurred

Dropped the Tahoe with Tony's 3/5-6 kit. Still have to do some trimming up front as well as install the spacers in the rear to give it a little rake but I'm very pleased so far.- blurred

but, at the moment, I need to figure out the headlight situation. One lights up as if it were a 5000k bulb and the other lights up like a 6000k bulb. These should be 5500k bulbs to get that nice white color. I believe that it is because I had one of the ballasts go out and swapped in a spare...- blurred

ah... Makes sense. I forgot about salt lol. Like I said, it usually doesn't get bad at all here. And they don't really know how to prep the roads so there isn't a ton of salt on them. Right... cost after cost after cost is now finished with the wheel/tire setup. Hate the little extra bullshit costs that always pop up. Tires are mounted and balanced and will be going on Mr. G soon, like tomorrow or Friday.- blurred
