    2020 Tahoe LT build

Good looking ride, and sorry, but no experience with the Cognito Elite Kit.

2015 Tahoe/Grinding/rough noise from front of vehicle

Maybe a dumb suggestion, but what about the motor mounts? I know my driver-side one needs to be replaced and I hear/feel a metal banging whenever I give it some gas. I'm hoping it's not the trans starting to give so I will try replacing the motor mount first and see if the noise goes away.

    Silverado struts vs Tahoe struts

Rear shocks for a sierra will fit the yukon/suburban however if you get shocks with a res, then the res on the driver's side shock will need to be clocked 90 degrees to fit.

    2017 Yukon XL Denali Build

I reused the abs bracket so that I could use the clips for the abs sensor instead of having to ziptie the sensor itself to the UCA. Didn't have any stainless on me, but don't see why these wouldn't hold up.

    2017 6.2 Denali/Rear Auto Level Rear Shocks

I did like the auto level rear shocks because if I loaded up at Costco the air shocks would engage and level the truck but the new coils have double the spring load rating compared to the oem ones so I don’t even notice the truck lower after a grocery store run. The 2.5 piggybacks tuck in...

    2017 6.2 Denali/Rear Auto Level Rear Shocks

So my oem struts were completely shot out and the truck sat 34” to the wheel well. I installed the front Fox struts straight out of the box and it settled at 38” BUT remember that my old struts were sagging and probably 2” lower than when new. So 4” over the sagging struts but closer to 2”...

    2017 6.2 Denali/Rear Auto Level Rear Shocks

If you are already replacing the front with fox then might as well replace the rears...I did the fox 2.5 with piggy back res in the rear. Another cheaper route would be to replace the rear with either oem mag ride/auto level shocks or get the auto level only shocks that have the built in sim...

Power steering loss/ABS/brake/traction control lights on all at once

When I had the new sensors in I did get the reduced power steering warning and it was more difficult to turn the wheels. With old sensors back it was back to normal. I did read in a thread on a different forum that replacing the wheel bearing can turn up all those error codes as well

Power steering loss/ABS/brake/traction control lights on all at once

Just had that exact issue…I replaced my front abs sensors with ones from rock auto..and the truck wouldn’t accept them. Got all those error warnings that you mentioned and it was throwing codes 0035 and 0040 along with a bunch of others. Swapped the old sensors back in (nothing was wrong with...

    2017 Yukon XL Denali Build

Installed the Spohn trailing arms and panhard rod over the weekend..pretty straight-forward. Tq those bolts to 80lb-ft. Also got the Brembos on up front and power stop z36 in the rear.

    2017 Yukon XL Denali Build

Future plans: 1) Front winch bumper. There are a couple of options, but neither of which is exactly what I want. I may end up having to just price out a custom fab. Ideally I would like something very similar to an ARB Bullbar. I had one on my R50 and loved it. 2) Rear bumper. Again, few...

    2017 Yukon XL Denali Build

This weekend, we'll be doing some more stuff to the truck: 1) GM Brembo Kit for the front 2) Powerstop Z36 Kit for the rear 3) New ABS sensors on all four corners along with SS brake lines 4) Spohn Performance Off-road package for the rear (Replacing Upper and Lower rear control arms along with...

    2017 Yukon XL Denali Build

More Pics. *Notice the old struts. The Passenger's side strut must have seized at some point because it was a good bit shorter/collapsed than the driver's side.

    2017 Yukon XL Denali Build

Hi, I have a 2017 Yukon XL Denali with about 116k miles on it..purchased new. It's the wife's car so it's mostly driven around town shuttling the kids or taken on road trips. Truck has been completely stock up until recently. My plan is to slowly build it up for mild off-road use. Before the...

2015-2020 Winch Bumper and Roof Rack!

I've looked at that one as well, thank you. I prefer a little more room on the front of the bumper (similar to ARB bullbar style) as opposed to the flush design and I want the stinger to be welded on, not bolt-on. I do like your rear bumper though, I may consider that in the future.

2015-2020 Winch Bumper and Roof Rack!

I love the bullbar style that's on the black tahoe. I contacted MOVE to see if they make a similar one, but for the yukon. Waiting to hear back from them.

    G80 replacement

I think the ARB RD222 is the one needed for the 2015+ yukons/suburbans if wanting to replace the G80, but I will call ARB on Monday to confirm.

2015 Yukon XL Fox vs OEM ride quality?

Just installed Fox 2.0 fronts and 2.5 piggyback rears on mine. I’m happy with it, definitely smoother on washboard fire roads
