    04 Yukon driving TERRIBLY...please help

i took it in and had an alignment done ( they worked on it for 2 hours) and it seems to be a little better. Basically its coming down to the truck has cranked torsion bars which are going to make it ride a bit iffy as is, so the guy who did the alignment put the wheels as perfect as possible so...

Ok well I got nowhere on this issue since initially posting it. I've been to 5 different shops and noone can tell me anything is wrong. Everything seems tight and they said play is minimal. I want to avoid throwing parts and money at the truck if it doesn't need it. Basically i've done all that...

what lift kit is best for the money?

in answering, no, i did not lift my truck yet, still cant decide what to get. I really want a kit that is 100% bolt on so i can do the work myself. There is nothing i hate more than paying some yahoo to do work i know i can do myself. Also, it seems like the 6 inch lift across the board isnt...

    Knock sensor replacement help....

I cleared the code more times than i can remember ( i carry a code scanner in the truck ) and it keeps coming back. I offroad the hell out of this truck, it sees alot of water crossings, some at the hood level, so its probably just about time to replace them one to many water entries i guess.

I have a 2004 Yukon that i tend to take out offroading/camping and so forth quite often. rcx lift kits? Worth it? What else?

lift good idea. Are 35's the biggest i can get under there with a 6 inch lift? Did you do the install yourself? Is it something a semi mechanically competent person could do in a weekend? You need a pic of the truck with you standing next to it, and then tell people how tall you are.. to me...

Help a possible ARB production bumper

The Silverado/Sierra bar that ARB already makes will fit the Yukon/tahoe just fine. Its been done. The only issue is that the bar section of the bumper that protects the headlights sits lower so you need to modify and raise that section on both sides to be able to have full output from the...

rcx lift kits? Worth it? What else?

rcx lift kits? Worth it? What else?

I got ahold of a retailer of RCX lift kits, a complete 6 inch kit, with shocks, shipped to my door 1159.00$$ Is that worth it? I dont look to fabtech or pro comp because cost is always so high with them. I do plan to use my truck offroad, nothing too extreme, not bogging or rock crawling...
