    Testing fitting the headers. I finally got the old stock ones out. Another O2 sensor stripped out. Sigh. I'm concerned about the O2 sensor hitting the body like the speed engineering headers.

    Turns out the upstream sensor I installed was from my old gmt800 Yukon. Not compatible. CEL thrown. 95F and %100 humidity today, but fixed. Ick, those welds!

    It's a thing. The longer the stock driveshaft the worse the chance. My last Yukon purchased a custom balanced shaft. It's not so much the debri, it's that when it goes it can take out your trans or xfrr case, whip around a ton of times and remove wiring and other delicate bits

    Biggest gain for your rear driveshaft is it won't explode like a stock one over 100mph... not that a Yukon would ever go that fast...

    My guesstimate on where the wideband sensor needs to go was spot on. Tons of room above the driveshaft. I also found a probable cause to my exhaust leak and pissed off O2 readings. I dropped and didn't install the metal donut gasket to the manifold on the driver's side. Oops.

    Everything welded in. Flux core makes a mess but it's cheap and easy. All done. 1 bung for the stock sensor, another for the wideband.

    I did swaintech on my 500hp meth injected 04 STi. Its good stuff. I got greedy and wrapped it too. DONT do that, the coating will get damaged.

    Boring update. Both mirrors are about dead. Well the passenger mirror is dead for sure. New motor set was ~$350 :(
