Was worn out last night when I made the post.
The concrete footers are the dimensions I listed before (36" x 12"). The dirt portion is dug with a 36" bucket so like 38" x 18"-24" deep. They will come back and remove all of the junk dirt, dress it up, then rock it. IDK if I'll go out there...

I'd say 75% or better complete.
Hard to tell much about it. Footers are 36" wide, 12" deep. Pads for the columns are 36" x 36" and 12" deep. A few of the were close together so they made one large pad.
Thank you for the explanation. My truck is higher mileage, but the shaft looked in excellent condition. I've serviced it regularly, so there wasn't a ton out build up inside.
I just replaced my axle seals with the same part number as you. Parts came from rockauto. Like you, my seal spins and I did question it. Hopefully i don't have the same problem

We finally got the revised engineering for the foundation/footer design. All of my comments were rectified, so we're good to go. Grading guy said he's going to try to mobilize in the morning. "Try" being the key word here....
Kooks make a nice product. I met the owner as the first LSX Shootout back in like 08 or 09. Ended up having a beer with him in the trailer. He gave me a couple shirts and some stickers. Super nice guy!
