Was worn out last night when I made the post. The concrete footers are the dimensions I listed before (36" x 12"). The dirt portion is dug with a 36" bucket so like 38" x 18"-24" deep. They will come back and remove all of the junk dirt, dress it up, then rock it. IDK if I'll go out there...

Went out there after work. I'd say 75% or better complete. Hard to tell much about it. Footers are 36" wide, 12" deep. Pads for the columns are 36" x 36" and 12" deep. A few of the were close together so they made one large pad.

They broke ground today. Footers should be dug by end of day, tie steel tomorrow and get inspection. They hope to pour them Friday.

    Front Axle Seals replaced...still leaking

Thank you for the explanation. My truck is higher mileage, but the shaft looked in excellent condition. I've serviced it regularly, so there wasn't a ton out build up inside.

    Front Axle Seals replaced...still leaking

I just replaced my axle seals with the same part number as you. Parts came from rockauto. Like you, my seal spins and I did question it. Hopefully i don't have the same problem

Kooks make a nice product. I met the owner as the first LSX Shootout back in like 08 or 09. Ended up having a beer with him in the trailer. He gave me a couple shirts and some stickers. Super nice guy!
