Serpentine belt
I used the ACDelco Gold K060935HD Heavy Duty V-Ribbed Serpentine Belt https://a.co/d/hdAPI11 You should also consider replacing the belt tensioner, they can contribute to the squeal. Avoid belt dressing, they dont work for long. I’m pretty sure some people return their old belts / stock gets...- Coveman

2001 Suburban 2500 ls
My gmt900 is a 3/4 ton, 6.0 with the 6 speed. Great for towing, hauling, what have you. It’s not a honda with gas, I’m happy with 17 on the highway, maybe 13 around town. 4th burb in my family and they have all been dependable and easy to work on. Have you found a 2500 that you’re considering?- Coveman

Issues with turn signals
Welcome to the forum! Did you try swapping incandescent bulbs back into the turn signals? If the incandescents worked, add the LED resistor packs to the turn signals and see if that helps. You may also want to swap out the flasher if you still have issues.- Coveman

Evap, Cannister pellets, and the gas tank
I’d be tempted to do the fuel pump too, but on my other burb it took my mechanic 3 tries before the pump was gtg (and it was a delphi that finally worked out). Replacement parts seem to be less reliable these days.- Coveman

Hub Centric Rings
My burb came with aftermarket rims without hub centric spacers, when I serviced it I added some hub centric spacers. Cant say I can feel any difference behind the wheel but I thought it was a good idea. -
Friction/Grind/Whine from front end between 45mph-60mph... Diagnosis Help Needed!
Unless you have tangible evidence that the CV axles are failing (mostly I’d check the boots for tears/leaks) I wouldn’t proactively change them. Be sure to check the CVs on both the front and rear driveshafts, they make interesting noises when failing- Coveman

Normal Rust?
That’s not bad for a northeast truck, but after another year or so it will really blossom. The remaining undercoat will hold moisture in and the rest of the frame will have the same rust. Power running board motor replacement (2022 Yukon)
Yep, you can apply 12v via a jumper wire to the motor and also put a meter on the wires in the electrical connector to see if you have voltage to the motor from the controller. If all that is good you should be able to let the system power it. After disconnecting the motor from the steps... -

Not sure if we’re on the same page. Can you pop the motor out to see if it works? If so, something is binding in the gearbox. In your picture I cant see which screw you mentioned is blocked, but what looks like the motor is circled in blue -

I think the motor is on the left side of your photo (behind the electrical connector). It looks like one of screws is visible in your picture. I have amp power steps and have pulled the motors to lubricate them, couple screws and they pull right out. Mine do not have that rod, I assume it sends... -

Heavy Duty Tie Rods?
+1 on the Kryptonite tie rods, dems beefy. I do remember some fitment questions for the 2013 3/4 ton burb (Burb not listed as a fitment, model year change for the pickups is different than SUVs) so I wasn’t sure which set to buy… so if in doubt call their customer service number.- Coveman

Breather hose ends want to be mounted higher (some have valves/filters on the ends too) to keep water out.
