    I believe someone posted previously that if your engine fails the inspection, the dealership is supposed to keep your vehicle until they can complete the engine replacement. So, hopefully that means they are able to provide a loaner vehicle. But I would expect this may vary from dealer to dealer.

    I think he’s just saying that even though DFM does not get disabled until you reach 40 mph, the auto stop/start is disabled immediately/at all times. In other words, it’s not like the entire Carbyte device only becomes operational once you reach 40 mph.
