    If it does speed up as fan speed is demanded then. The squirrel cage is slipping on the motor or bleed outs at joints.

    There are foam gaskets thru out the hvac and turn to dust. Air will blow or leak out at those points. Does the fan work on all speeds?

    My first thought is, gearbox is trash. Or when lowered on the ground, steering is binding up. Ofcourse! Did u say it was 2wd or 4wd?

    What side is ur battery on? Passenger firewall? Is the battery hold down present? Crazy, ******* brakes and power or connection issues show but back on gas. Battery loose and hitting ground? Clean battery connections.

    So we picked up our 23 seirra from the dealer after they said needs an engine. Cylinder 1 bent valve and rocker arm. Drove it there with no problems and was quoted an new engine. They put it back together and we have been driving it for 2 days with no engine light and no miss! Work house said no...

    Did u get and older seal? Is there a revised part number? But u can pull the spring oring that apllys pressure on the inner part of the seal and twist it into its self and it will grip tighter. Old trick

    Side rails keeps u away from the vehicle and easy to put stands. U can jack up on the pumpkin, just use jack stands. The front cross member is really sketchy. Not really flat and where to put jack stands correctly! All around just safer.

    LEDs draw less on the system. Always a better option. But gotta make sure ur circuit is able to run them. Aka led relays or bulb transducers.

    As stated above, never seen or heard of a plug spitting and or splitting on a LS! Sounds like plug hole is stripped and if it can't be repaired then pull heads.what heads are on it?

    Always jack up on the side frame.

    Is it programed (tuned)? And when did this start? After new add on? And to add, if computer is showing lean then that means it's compensating by dumping more fuel. So there is a lack of fuel or to much air.

    Man...stay out from under a vehicle. Are u sure u didn't jack up on the aluminum oil pan? Pickup tube and o-ring. Just to start. Hopefully no pieces are in the cap gaps.
