    The pellets stuff is the GM "pills" that GM uses for the cooling system. AT 205 and other additives, IMO are snake oil. Nothing works better than the part/seal/gasket replacement and having a completely clean and dry sealing surface. If I am installing any part that has a rubber seal in place...

    I spoke to Lake Speed Jr. personally about the initial problem and he sent the smaller tubing and it fit. He said he now sends 2-3 sizes in kits with unknown sizing but if is 100% sure of sizing, that is what is sent.

    Dipstick tube size for oil analysis sample

    I ran in to this when getting the oil sample from neighbor's 2006 F150 for oil sample to send to Speediagnostix. We had put a new engine in the truck 2 years ago. His truck had the tapered tube and we ended up using 3/16" tubing and it worked fine. Unknown if will be the same for yours.

    Transfer Case Fluid 2005 Yukon Denali...

    This Valvoline Max-Life fluid, that is Dexron III H compatible, is what I use in the 4L60E transmission but not in my transfer case. I use what the owner's manual calls for.

    Use what the owners manual says to use. Pretty simple really. But I love OE fluids. Otherwise use the Valvoline red bottle Max Life as long as is Dexron III H compatible.

    2008 GMC Sierra K2500HD Duramax inspection done. Has 5 of 8 glow plugs "open" and bad. Told him that need to replace all and see if P064C module related code goes away.     Tomorrow is an inspection on a 2008 K3500 HD GMC Sierra 6.6 Duramax diesel. Has oil in the intercooler and tubes. Likely turbo seals problems. Leaks at back of hydro boost and back of master cylinder. Also, has 6 engine codes for 5 cylinders glow plugs ground problems and 1 code for glow plug...

    The concern was that the GMT800's had inline fuel filters thru 2004 and a sock on the pickup in tanks. The 2005's had no inline filter and just on the pump. This 2004 SHOULD have had the inline filter but did not.
