    a bad map sensor and the ambient sensor reading funky could be causing "some" of the problems, mainly air-fuel mixture.     looks like you might need a catch can and new drivers side updated valve cover if not already installed. probably sucking some excess oil fumes in.

    Note the location, then check for valve cover leaking, or if need be pull the valve cover and inspect further. this generation are not really known for having leaking valve guide seals but anything is possible I suppose
