Agreed. GM admitted there was no part number change, but a change in suppliers and or improved quality control from its suppliers. I agree with you on many vehicles, but seeing as they are completely absent on the AT4s, I doubt they have much of a use other than additional wind noise reduction and/or miniscule affects on fuel mileage.
