    Installed my Baseline Overland rack this weekend. Along with 3 Renogy ShadowFlux 110 amp solar panels. Still need to cut the hole to install the Probreeze roof vent. Waiting on the mounting brackets for the Rough Country black out 50" curved light bar.

    Everything in life is a trade off. Applying anything else on a rusty area is a waste of time and money. I hate rusted out frames more than the mess. The salt belt is a cruel *****.

    I'd skip the Por-15, it will flake of in short order if any rust is present. I cleaned and wire wheeled then treated the rust with phosphoric acid to neutralize it then sprayed with Fluid film, basically the same as woolswax.

    I have the same problem but worse. I'm installing Izzy Fab inner fenders for long travel suspension. Original tank won't work at all. Went full retard and bought this tank. Ridiculously expensive, but it will match the aluminum inner fenders, fuse box and coolant overflow tank.
