    I compared to the trans plate. Trans plate OEM, .135 inch New skis plate, .125 inch I never did nothing with my ME degree so can't tell much more about the metals.

    I changed the front diff oil a couple years ago and don't drive in water. Not sure why it's milky. Magnet has no real metal on it. Strange....

    The oring will go bad no matter what. Its just time that kills them. To that if you ever are near that pickup replace the oring even if your pressure is OK. My pressure measurably changed from good to sweet baby rays after a new ring. Agreed on the deposits... though my 170k mile 6.2 with...
