those are the cross rails, the roof rails should already be on your vehicle, some may not have them.I might be interested in these. What are the top mounts on the rails like? Specifically, what process do cargo boxes or ski racks mount to the rails via? Is it a GM proprietary mount or more of a universal bolt setup?
Thanks. My terminology was sub par. I have the factory "rails" on my tahoe. I was asking about how do boxes etc. mount to the cross bars/rails? Is that GM proprietary or could any Thule or Yakima cargo box be mounted without much pain? Hope that makes sense...those are the cross rails, the roof rails should already be on your vehicle, some may not have them.
these cross rails mount in 2 separate locations only on the roof with bolts, they do not slide front too back. so 2 settings only (look at your roof for reference).
ALSO technically this person is not supposed to be selling these on here, there is a classified section for MEMBERS to sell things on once a minimum amount of legit postings are made around 85 or so.
SO BUYER BEWARE, do not send money to anyone without a legit invoice being sent to you from say paypal, etc so you are covered in case of scammer.
a fool and his money are soon parted..........
You can mount whatever to the cross rails, but the cross rails themselves are only for the 2015-2020 vehicles, there are aftermarket ones out there in the wildThanks. My terminology was sub par.
