2001 Variable Valve timing solenoid
Hey Mudsport 96, you were right. The Scanner I was using was not actually talking to the Tahoe computer. That P0081 code was an old one in the scanner. 2001 Variable Valve timing solenoid
My 2001 Tahoe with Vortec 5.3 engine was sluggish and then had a P0081 Code. Research says the ECU can't talk to the "Intake Variable Valve timing Solenoid". I am trying to find the correct GM part number to replace it. Also, is it normal to replace the Exhaust VVT at the same time? Thx- Well Worn Chevy

Replacement door trim
My Tahoe is a 2000 LT. It has the door side trim that is painted the color of the Tahoe with a silver strip on the lower edge, the Silver strip looks really bad and is peeling. I want to replace it. where can i order this part? This attached Pic shows the type of door side trim my Tahoe has.- Well Worn Chevy
