    5V reference. What's ok?

I would definitely look at the IAC and intake gaskets. Tree pollen is responsible for killing many IAC'S where I live. I would also check/verify vacuum with a gauge.

    Big 3 Upgrade

I make my own cables but have also used batterycablesusa.com. Good quality US made cable and good crimps.

How To Remove and Inspect Overhead Temperature Sensing Fan

Definitely recommend approaching from the top of the headliner. Those clips are fragile. Also best to disassemble and clean it. The cleaning made it much quieter. It's amazing how much crud gets in those things. I swapped the rear one in my truck to the front as it seemed like it was a little...

    Steering wheel swap questions??

With my 2014 PPV the steering wheel swap was plug and play. No clockspring needed. There were changes in the 2015 model year so I can't verify your truck is the same. Definitely worth doing if you can make it work.

    Blend Door questions...

I just replaced the blend door actuator and recirculation actuator in my 2004 Yukon XL. The dash pad must come off. Removing the radio and HVAC controls give you a little more access. You will have to tilt the defroster duct up out of the way to get at it. A flexible shaft for your 5.5 mm socket...

    2022 PPV vs 2014

Seems unusual. My 2014 PPV gets 18-22 mpg consistently. Did your PPV have a tune? My 2004 Yukon XL 2500 8.1l gets 13 mpg highway. I have been looking at newer PPV's. With the information from your post I'll definitely drive one before I buy. I don't feel like my '14 is fast but definitely...

    Lowering recommendations

Sorry for the late reply. I'm only on here once a week or so. I marked everything as I took it apart and put it back together using marks as a guide. The alignment was very close but I had it aligned after I was finished and would always recommend a professional alignment after any front...

    Lowering recommendations

I used the Maxtrac drop spindles and adjustable struts on the front of my 2014 PPV. I'm very happy with the products and adjustability. I used the 4" lowering springs and shocks on the rear. Happy with that as well. The ride quality is vastly improved.

    Keep or Sell

If it's the vehicle you want i would keep it and run it. The overall condition and maintenance performed would be my main concern. My Yukon has over 8000 hours and my PPV Tahoe has almost 12,000 and they run fine. If it weren't for high hour and high mileage trucks I wouldn't have any trucks to...
