What did you do to your NBS GMT800 Tahoe/Yukon Today?

Took care of the trailer hitch yesterday after the recommendation here. Came off easy with 8 bolts - took a scraper, wire brush, and sand paper to it, then sprayed down with a couple coats of rustoleum black. Not perfect, but much better then before and I'm happy with the result

Hate to hear about the rust/rot. It's the only thing that kills these trucks, everything else is manageable IMO. Hope you find another clean one soon

What did you do to your NBS GMT800 Tahoe/Yukon Today?

No issues with my set and happy with them so far. All LED's light up for breaks/directionals - https://www.ebay.com/itm/122656594708

What did you do to your NBS GMT800 Tahoe/Yukon Today?

Almost looks like it's timed with the hazards for the last pic ;) I know some of the tails do top for breaks, middle for directional/hazards. I personally like the whole area lighting up for breaks/directional best which is what I went with but either way I think these are a nice upgrade...

Beefy, looks good. A lift/level would go great with that set up.

    04 tahoe..Tag light issue

Something seems off. If you checked the socket with a meter and it checks out then it must be the bulbs (which is odd if you bought new ones). Either way I’d order some LEDs and give them a try. They look better then stock and may solve your issue. These are the one I’ve got and work great...

What is low miles for a 2006 Yukon Denali?

Yes, I think you do! Anything you've done special for the trans in any way? The motor longevity doesn't surprise me.

I think you see the trend armentaaw, hope you're saving for a rebuild ;) Only major repair for me and was around ~200k I believe. Definitely worth doing.

Appreciate all the comments :) Nice to see others with these wheels too, they really do seem to 'fit' with this body style, not flashy but give it a fresh look. 100% great idea. As I've been upgrading all the little things that are off pop more I've noticed. This is an easy one I need to...

What did you do to your NBS GMT800 Tahoe/Yukon Today?

Picked the wheels up this morning. Installed and gave her a nice cleaning since it's a nice 50 degree winter day. Really happy with the result after the upgrades last few months. I need to get sensors and new nuts still ;) then I'm on to new headlights. Maybe level/small lift as well. Open...

What is low miles for a 2006 Yukon Denali?

I'm over 235k on my 06' and she purrs. Transmission was rebuilt, but other then that it's been low cost fixes for me and many I know who own these share the same sentiment if maintained. These NBS trucks are another beast compared with most vehicles on the road IMO.

What did you do to your NBS GMT800 Tahoe/Yukon Today?

I already have to clear that damn code every start up due to a bad sensor - so I guess that wont change. Hope I won't have to do it 4 times though... hah

Thanks  Truck looks great and I def dig the look of these on our body style. I asked about lug nuts and reply was "no nuts" hah 2017, they should have sensors right? Thanks guys for the help :)
