Exhaust ypipe
Can anyone tell me why an off-road ypipe (from jegs) would install easily on a 99 silverado z71 ext cab w/5.3£, but wouldn't on a 2005 tahoe z71 w/5.3? Why do I ask? 1st, because cats suck. 2) They've worked great on my other trucks in the past. 3) My stock ypipe is getting kinda roaches...- Stevo69

I've put offroad y pipes on a 99 silverado w/5.3 and a 95 silverado w/5.7. Both with outstanding results. Much better pedal response. Now, whether that's because the old cats were bad or not, I don't know for sure. They seemed ok. The 95 had 115k and the 99 right around the same. Whether they...- Stevo69
