So to update what we found, I might have had the bolts to type on the end links in the rear. Loosened and greased thoroughly. Seems to have loosened the rear a little. Now to get the front end parts replaced and all is good!
I will check the torque on those since that is easily accessed. What are your thoughts on the Monroe Air Shocks? Seems like a good alternative to the factory air shocks.
I had to laugh a little regarding the shock mounts, but yes they are right side up. :-) Yes the free travel mod has been done and rear end is not hitting the frame.
It is just REALLY stiff and in the rear, there is no "clunking" sound it is just stiff and doesn't absorb a bump as it did...
1. You drilled 2 holes for new mount on drivers,side axle for swaybar bracket right?
2. AT MOST rear endlinks,should have 30 lbs torque. If its more will ride really stiff.
3. REMOVE rear spacer

3) did you do the djm new endlinks -- YES
4) did you use the 1 inch spacer in rear or just the coils by themselves? -- YES

2007 Tahoe LTZ came factory with Air ride
Bought all my stuff from Norcal to lower the rear and front. Air ride had bad shocks and pump was gone. Removed and put regular shocks all the way around with Belltech shocks as well.
