2004 4l60e in a 2005 Yukon
Greetings, I have used a trailblazer/envoy 4l60E behind a 2003 5.3L after swapping the bellhousings as you mentioned, As well as the tailshaft extension housing from a 5 bolt case flange to a 6 bolt case flange. I cant recall the year I used but do remember the color of the transmission plug...- std03sub

03 Yukon Denali manual swap...maybe?
If I remember correctly, The awd transfer cases use a 5-bolt pattern unlike the 6-bolt pattern on 4wd transfer cases, This will be the biggest issue with trying to use stock transmissions and transfer cases. -UPDATE: Appears it is a 6 bolt flange so that isnt an issue, Im guessing the problem is...- std03sub
