I've always had good luck with AC Delco parts from rockauto..they must make them in the good china factory. I agree tho...moog has gone down a bit. If they offer it I'll go SKF or SKP for my bearings now. *** is good but normally only for euro models i've found. Lots of the Rockauto Options are...
I had never had that issue either but after I got it towed home and on jackstands the 2 pieces of pin were still in the balljoint. I've done countless front end replacements over the years but never had that happen. Was it a fluke? Maybe but I wont take that chance again. I now have a box of...
I wish. But I think I am going to upgrade to 30Lb propane tanks. I only use them for heating but when it hits sub 40s I'll burn through half a tank a night and nothing is worse than running out in the middle of the night. lol
I'll never use Mevotech again. I had their balljoints on my 79 T/A and used their supplied cotter pin which broke within 6 months causing the balljoint to exit the control arm at about 60 MPH. Everything was torqued to spec and checked. They barely had 300 miles on them. The upper balljoint...
Happy to Report that Betty did great on her first of many camping trips. Developed a clunk on the drivers front i gotta look at but other than that. Factory Trailer Brakes work as intended. Didn't do terrible at 70 pulling the 3K camper. It needs more tounge weight IMO its a bit squirrely above...

Prob bout the only thing I'll be towing with my Yukon. Might upgrade to a hard side in the coming years when the kids get older..but for now this little 2700lb darling is perfect for us, Actually about to take both on their first camping trip this week. so I'll be excited to finally use the...
Well my Drivers side Door Flare blew off on the way to work this morning. Seems the Tape on the flare didnt want to stick to my VHB Tape. I was able to snag the flare up and I'll reattach it better I guess..its a bit beaten up.
I Have some Sumitomo Encounters on my Yukon. They have just the slightest hum at 75-80mphs but nothing that would cause you to want to stick a needle in your ear. Meaty looking at Snow Rated if you care about that aspect.
Ebay Specials. Had my Buddy Single Stage paint them for me as well. I'd say overall I'm about 76.34% happy with them. I would recommend them but just know its not gonna be a simple bolt on unless you have an XL. I bought them to hide the rust on the Quarters and fenders. Which they do a good job...
It was finally warm enough to get the Door Flares on. China Strikes again tho. I had to add 3 more layers of VHB Tape to them just to get them to touch the door.
Also Drivers side 1/4 flare touches the door flare probably because there's nothing up front for that flare to bolt to so its hanging...
