    After some dipstick evidently put water in my Tahoe fuel tank in 2021, I called a guy to come drain the tank to get me up and running again. All was fine until I realized that my "Vortec" cover had disappeared. Not that big of a deal... fast forward to 2025, I just received a new Vortec...

    I have no idea... is it easy to tell? It does have a big "container" behind the plastic master cylinder reservoir.

    2001 Chevy Tahoe, 374,000 mi... intermittently having issues of when braking, especially firm braking when you need to depend on it, it starts braking as normal, but then the pedal softens and moves closer to the floor... I had the system flushed with new fluid and bled... still the same issue...

    Just an FYI... if you look around, you should be able to find a better deal... I found a guy that painted my hood for $300... matches perfectly and a great job. I have found a guy that does great work and will do the whole Tahoe for $3000. Quite frankly I am about to buy me one of those new...

    2001 Tahoe 372K miles strong... runs great, no knocking. Just a year ago I had the knock sensors replaced due to knock sensor and intake manifold leak codes being thrown. I used aftermarket as opposed to GM AC Delco. I just replaced the knock sensors and harness with AC DELCO... Is there...
