Yukon XL AT4 Lifted
I really like this tire. I have put about 8k miles on them. They’re quiet, smooth, great in the rain and they seem to be wearing excellent. I have no clue how well they will actually perform in the snow, but I am hoping well. -

2021+ Wiper Arm Conversion (Pinch-tab to J-Hook)?

The engine on the Yukon I got as a replacement for the Yukon that got two engine replacements needs replaced. Yes, you read that correctly.
Do these newer 6.2s also call for 0W-20 like the 5.3s? I wonder if stepping up to a 0/5W-40 Euro or even a 5W-30 would have any bearing on the lifter lifespan? I mean the cst of a 20wt isn’t that low so I can’t imagine that’s the magic cure all, but just curious.- redhat9

Which flavor of “LS” do I have after replacement
An 08 LC9 would’ve been a 9.9 CR aluminum 5.3 achieved by flat top pistons and LS6 heads (799/243). As I’d not expect the dealer to install any run of the mill reman engine and flash a different calibration from that of which the VIN calls for, I would only expect them to have put a reman LC9...- redhat9

What did you do to your NBS GMT800 Tahoe/Yukon Today?
Started this past Wednesday -- on the 2005 Tahoe Z71 with the 6.0 swap. Wanted to refresh the cooling system and add an oil cooler. Lowered the front diff down a few inches, pulled the front driveshaft. Pulled the new K5L e-fans and snaked a new GM genuine (from an Escalade) oil cooler line...- redhat9

Dorman 62340XD engine oil cooler lines "Improved Design"
I am wanting to add the factory oil cooler to my 2005 Tahoe, including a new thicker radiator with the oil cooler. I like the design and idea of the Dorman, but I think I am also going to just go with the OE GM lines.- redhat9

It is regulated voltage control. The PCM regulates the alternator output... it's why sometimes you'll see less than 14 volts or over. When there's a high current demand the PCM has the alternator ramp up output to compensate. There was some discussion/thinking around that a RVC equipped...- redhat9

Those are the old part numbers, 15780796 has been superseded by 1580881, 15780795 has been superseded by 1580880. I bought both from Amazon and they were the Bosch ones I posted a picture of.
