I saw this pop up somewhere recently. Thought it seemed like an intriguing idea. I would understand that if the steps were down when driving and snow was building up between the step and the vehicle. That would make sense with snow causing interference with the steps closing. But the steps are stowed when driving and snow builds up around them. -

When the steps are stowed snow builds up on them so they won’t close after they’ve been deployed by a door opening. I know, it doesn’t make much sense to me either. Power steps on '22 malfunctioning
I had to turn mine off. The whole area has to be basically snow free to get them to go up. After every drive I'd have to take a snow brush and clean the running boards, rockers, and brackets of snow completely. Doing that after every drive obviously isn't very practical for the entire winter. So...- Punteh

Loaded AT4 vs base Denali
Cosmetic things like the grill and wheels can be changed to suit your desires. The interior is much more difficult/impossible to change. And considering the interior is what your using and staring at the entire time you're driving the vehicle to me it would seem to make the interior more...- Punteh
