Is there any way to get to the ballast (and connector wire) without removing the headlight? -

Removal of 2019 HID
Tried upgrading my 2016 HID bulbs and broke the gray OSRAM clip on the connector. Anyone know how to replace that?- PeteG

Going Crazy! Rattle front driver's side.
If anyone is interested, I think i went a bit too far. I spoke to a structural engineer at my job and the jist of it is its a giant flimsy panel fixed at far few locations, and the bass excites this giant cavernous space between the perimeter clips and the armrest screws. Cant change material...- PeteG

No i dont think that will help here. Mine has re-emerged now that the weather is cooler. It really seems to me to be the big wire harness connector just below the window switches. I am at my wit's end with it. Sitting in meetings just daydreaming about going home to rip the door panel off for...- PeteG

So i had a terrible rattle. I took the door panel off and dynomatted everything i could see. I padded all the plastic clips. Still there. Repeated the teardown again noticed the harness was causing it. Wrapped it up with a microfiber to see. Sure enough. Silence. BUT this morning the...- PeteG

Rattle/rubbing sound from driver door/Lower dash area
I was having tons of door rattles in that same area on my 2015. My solution was removing the door panel and basically wrapping all the electrical connectors with foam. Then while I had it off, I took each tiny clip out from around the perimeter of the door and added one of those felt tabs you... -

Dash board rattle noises
So far so good. I mean I just did it yesterday so I only had one road test...I will know more today. It typically only rattled for me when it got warmer out. I would drive to work in complete silence, then leaving in the late afternoon and I couldnt get the radio loud enough. -

Dash board rattle noises
Had anyone solved it? I tried tearing the dash apart a half dozen times and putting hard foam, weather stripping, the silicone spray suggestion. I've tried adding electrical tape to all the clips for damping. Name it . Still the rattle persists just as described above. Driving. Me. Crazy.
