    Yes. I have to angle the mirror down enough that it is basically looking in the back seat rather than the rear window to keep that from happening. Has no effect on the camera view.

    Dealer asked for Battery replacement

    The battery on my Escalade was replaced with 4,000 miles under warranty. Sometimes they just go. Had a similar situation in an Acadia my wife had a few years ago.

    They can be purchased from GM i believe. My Escalade with the Trailering Technology package came with them in a box in the back. Have never used them as I don't tow enclosed trailers but the idea seems pretty cool
