    No it was a southern VA car it’s whole life until it came to CA. I’d be lucky if I ever see 15 mpg. Even empty on the hwy I’m lucky to eek out 14 mpg. But oh man the torque of that 8.1.

    Thanks for the welcome, guys. It was a southern VA truck and seems rust free. There is some on the rear bumper, but the body and underbody are clean.
