Viper 5901 problems
The installer as said it either shows trunk or door open once it will be door then next time trunk. I was wondering if the wires to the factory alarm door lock /unlock need to be cut or disconnected?- Lone Ranger

Viper 5901 problems
The unit was installed by the dealer that sold it to me and who told me that the wire that is connected to the dome light is causing the issue due to the auto dim delay feature making the unit think the door is open. My 04 yukon xl is the same as my 04 sierra with the same unit but they can't...- Lone Ranger

Viper 5901 problems
Okay well here it goes I am having an issue with my viper alarm starter combo when arming it shows door open and will not arm the system. The doors are all closed also the factory alarm honks the horn also the system is being installed by Geek Squad not myself they have suggested a differnt...- Lone Ranger
