    You can also buy direct from Texas Speed and maybe save yourself some money. I've only turned my AFM/DOD system off at the ECM. I'm at 165,000 miles now with no issues to speak of. At the first sign of trouble, I have plans to do the Texas Speed delete kit.

    I could read the ECM, but not write to it. Found out it was locked by a 3rd party while it was owned by the city I bought it from. Just had the ECM replaced with new-blank GM E38 and now have full read/write access. Disabled AFM/DOD via HP tuners. This should buy me time before I do a proper DOD...
