    I don't think you will find many manufacturers that have a drain plug in their trans pans anymore short of HD trucks. I can't recall any in many years.

    How do you like the PPE pan? Been thinking of adding that also. It has been 20,000 miles since the new trans was installed on my 2021 in Feb. 2025, and thinking about fluid and filter change. If I do that I will also install better pan.

    Yes, loosen trans mount. It is tight. Once it is in position, you can move the gasket around and put it in correct oreintation.

    You need to be able to tune it or have someone tune it. The 2022 and older pick up is Global A while the 2021 and up is Global B. Harder to get a tune done. Make sure before you start.

    In general a longer wheel base will ride better. How much? I have a 2021 Suburban High Country with the Magnetic ride and it rides great. The best riding truck I have ever driven.

    Auto rain sensing wipers

    Mine works, new windshield last Friday. I don't remember the tech saying anything about changing the sensor. They had a problem recalibrating the camera but even that was completed finally. Rain sensor works as we had a couple of good storms yesterday.

    First 100+ mile drive on the Tahoe

    A friend has 2 Durango's that he purchased a couple years ago. One is a special one, just below the Hellcat. I saw that Dodge was going to be offering an R/T Launch Edition with the 475 hp 6.4 motor and start around $49,000. I might go see if I can drive one.
