    Don't know if this vehicle has a PCV valve but I have a friend who using oil in a non GM vehicle. It appears as of now the problem is solved with that car. I would start there. If you shake it and there's no rattle, replace it and see.

    ABSOLUTEY NOT. The lift gate will only go so far before body contact. Since the top is not metal you will bust something for sure. I have the same problem with another non-GM car and I learn to live with it.

    The dealer will take care of the problem under warranty. Going somewhere will add to a greater problem down the road. My hood was messed up and the dealer took care of it. You have the dealer behind you if they fix it.

    I see a lot of cars that don't utilize the HomeLink feature. Take the time to read on how to program your car. Sometimes the door needs to start completely as a new device. It's pretty simple to do. I doubt your door is still trying to program though.

    My 2022 Tahoe has been reverting to seat vibration warning vs my setting to be beeps. Car has been in twice and continues to cycle back to vibration warnings.
