where should i start with my yukon

hello ,,, i got a 09 yukon 5.3 L 2x4 wd i wanna get the most HP with the lowest price so where should i start & if any 1 have some thing used it will be much better :) notice : i live in kuwait so i have to buy from website not from shops :) and thanks all- funny bunny
