Ebay Fender Flares?
Be careful of the flares leaving rub marks in or through your paint, name brand or not. It happened to me on my pickup with Bushwackers. People have tried line-x under them or 3m paint film and have had good luck. -

How to remove debadge outline?
I think buffing it out would be your only option. If your not comfortable with it or don't want to go that aggressive, any good detail shop could take care of it for you! -

Tow points on hitch
Have bent those before, use a shackle setup that goes in the receiver. -
