    Because you have two issues : No air blowing + Warm Air If there is no air blow from vents : Check the blower or blower fan resistor If you set the temp setting to cold and the air is warm you may had bad Air temp actuators.

    @Doubeleive i've been driving for week now. instrument cluster Show the correct Temp 45 degree but in tech2 show 1 or 2 degree. So there is problem but not showing in the tech2 diagnostics.

    First disconnect the battrey NEG cable for 5 minutes see if reset. Or you can Try to update the software for the radio if you have access ACDelco SPS will fix the issues. Or you can take it to dealer to updated it for you. What is the Radio Part number

    @swathdiver The BCM information is correct and the manual HVAC is selected with correct part number. Finaly i get access to TIS2WEB thanks man. @Doubeleive The update is correct and i do it 2 times. If you update You cannot roll back to previous version.

    @swathdiver yes the sensor behind the grill its clean and not block. @Doubeleive I already re-calibrate the sensor its show actual TEMP on cluster but not in tech2. I even re-calibrate and reset climate Temp control, re-calibrate all actuators. By the way my Tahoe come with only one temperature...

    I try it with no luck the purchase must be made from USA or Canada. They block every payment process that come from outside US. if you try to purchase services they automatically check payment Geo location if it's outside US block.

    Yes for USB you need to change your cable don't miss with OEM one just unplug it from radio. for the lighter cable it's not attach in radio its comes from wire harness : you can leave the lighter or change it to charger one with same wire come from lighter. Good luck
