Apparently battery acid corroded one of the sockets on the pcm so more money but the battery is new and the old one wasn't leaking the shop clames no responsibility
I jump started it and got it running the radio came on for a minute or two but no sound out the speakers still no communication from the diagnostic port diagnostic port does power on the scanner
Everything was working fine now I have no power windows no power locks no radio gas thermostat battery oil pressure or transmission temperature gauge what is here your dome lights don't work but the map lights do I've checked all fuses and relays I have power to the driver side window switches...
No Exchange new battery new 6.0 engine still no power or dome lights starts and runs fine also the diagnostic port doesn't work
It drove fine right before I vacuumed it
Lost power to my windows radio and my gauges the RPM gauge works check engine light indicator work gear indicator does not work I checked every fuse including the fuse on the back of the radio and can't find a problem
Yeah I found the other end of it the truck's not running right since I put the new engine in necessary because of a cold start wish I had known it had a block heater before and wish I knew where to plug it in at now
Today I'm pretty sure I need to replace the oil sending unit has the gauge reads...
Only when it's in park the sound does change if I rev it and I haven't driven it cuz the sound sounds really bad it's a very slow grinding sound possibly from the bottom of the engine I did remove the belt to make sure it wasn't the alternator or the water pump and the noise continued
My 04 Denali died all of a sudden while in traffic when I finally did get it started it makes a slow grinding sound the tow truck driver thinks it's camshaft bearing but I'm not sure what else could it be
