I am shopping for a winter truck as I am hoping to go buy my first Corvette this week. I drive about 100 miles a day, mostly highway. New old Tahoe owner!
I've did replace the heater hose leak with the stock replacement. What a dumb design. Not surprisingly, the $2000 truck is going to take some work and more $$ to get it up to *****. I am currently sorting out the suspension and steering items that are worn. Once that's done I think I'll do...- drb007

Alignment knockouts...before and after?
Well, as expected, I have more work to do before I can get it aligned. I have one worn ball joint, pitman and idler arm are worn as well. So, I am going to redo it all. I didn't have any work done when I took it in, just the inspection. So now we will have a weekend project to do all 4 ball...- drb007

Alignment knockouts...before and after?
I drove my daughter's 99 Tahoe this morning and noticed it is really pulling hard left. I just put new tires on it, so I want to get it aligned before it eats them up. It has 105K on it, and I can't find records of it ever having been aligned. I assume I still have the factory knockouts in...- drb007

I appreciate the offer. Right now the alternator is working just fine. We fixed the coolant leak (kind of a stupid design, but an easy fix) and have new(used) seatbelts coming today.
