L87 Glitter party after oil change

This. Cut that filter open and see if the glitter party is there or not too. ETA: saw the post right below this one. Looks like you opened it to and didn’t find the smoking gun which is a good sign.

That’s very interesting. I’m the same height and weight as you!

    Died at 70mph on I-75

Yes I admit it because that’s what I’ve seen on this forum mentioned multiple times along with my wife saying the same thing. But like I said, it doesn’t bother me. The additional firmness is a benefit to a taller heavier person as myself vs someone lighter and shorter. Regarding Magnaride, it’s...

The New V8 Engines are coming!

The specs were just announced on the new LS6 that the Corvette Grand Sport is getting. Can you imagine a detuned version of that in a GMC or Chevy suv offering?? Mouth watering indeed.

    Died at 70mph on I-75

Lmao, "projecting your thoughts on what others feel". All I said was that I doubt the Expy drives better. But muh feelz. One week of driving around in one. That's cute. Also "Have you driven one?" My guy, I owned a 2019 XLT and 2020 Max Limited. 5 years of total ownership. They both were...

I highly doubt that the Expy drives better. You’re just piling on your frustration.

Blackstone Labs - Oil Analysis Report

Not a new vehicle. Sample after last oil change. Both check ups - Oil sample and filter inspection.

Blackstone Labs - Oil Analysis Report

It’s $25 more than BL. For a quick check up on engine wear, I don’t think it’s worth it imo.

Blackstone Labs - Oil Analysis Report

I’m about to send off a 5k sample off to BL. Also need to cut open my filter and see what it looks like inside. That being said, there’s a member here who did both of those check ups on his 6.2 and despite zero signs of any wear, it still grenaded.

Ya that is correct. Missed that fact.

The Range one came out before the Carbyte was available. I was tempted but didn’t want to deal with the hassle of R&R when it came to dealership trips. Glad I waited. Also, I think you misread about the years of compatibility, at least for the SUV’s.

Carbyte. I paid $150, so I was a bit off on it being $100. But that extra $50 is well worth the convenience. https://a.co/d/01ldSsuT

Where are you guys coming up with this nonsense? I have one in my 2022 Yukon. It’s plug n play.

You climb into your vehicle on your knees or something? I’m 6’3” and I’ve never even come remotely close to knocking it out lol. In fact it’s next to impossible. You’re making it sound like it sticks out like a sore thumb which I can assure you it doesn’t. Lastly, the behind the dash option...

There are OBD2 options out there. Zero installation time.
